Problem

The Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship (DIAHC) stands as the foremost horse beauty pageant and horse auction platform in the UAE. Recognizing the need for a comprehensive digital transformation, DIAHC embarked on a journey to overhaul all digital assets and internal software systems. Phase 2 of this transformative project, which is currently in development, focuses on the creation of DIAHC's internal management platform. Notably, the development phase has been successfully completed, marking a significant milestone in enhancing DIAHC's operational efficiency.

Challanges

  • Introducing a 3-layer Login/Sign-up System: Establishing separate authentication layers for admin, users, and judges presented a complex authentication and access control challenge.
  • Building a Multilayered Horse Management Platform: Designing and developing a comprehensive platform for managing various aspects of horses, owners, and studs demanded intricate UI/UX considerations and synchronization across front-end, back-end, and data structures.
  • Building Judge Management Platform: Constructing a platform to manage judges required addressing user interface design, seamless front-end integration, complex back-end logic, and robust data structure management.
