Problem
AMC’s is a large business segment in India, and driven majorly via physical distribution and sales methods, with digital adoption increasing, we saw an unique opportunity where we could really make the journey simple and easy for customers alike with conversational interfaces.
Challanges
- Create a friendly and relatable persona for agents and customers alike
- Deepen the understanding of the nlp engine to allow for unique and company specific questions
- Make the Ui suitable for mobile and web alike
- Due to the enable NLP engine to work on slow/low connectivity
- Build investment flows to allow end to end investment via the bot
- Deep integrations with internal AMC’s systems, Cams Systems & payment gateways, with ease.
- Make the NLP engine understand hinglish to an extent
Solution
- An unique personas on individual bot level inspired by your advisors, and a friendly face to make the interface relatable.
- NLP Modules that understand MFs in general and AMC specific questions (massive training data-set created)
- Trained the NLP module to understand hinglish
- Deployed a part of the NLP module into the browser to allow some functions to work without the internet as well. (was loaded into the browser upon first load)
- Built flows that facilitate end to end investments via the conversational interface including payments.
Result
The conversational interface generating over 120 unique investments and leads apart from agent investments. (for Mahindra AMC)
