Problem
In the digital space, again with content marketing being a key part of their lead generation
funnel, they wanted to experiment with conversational interfaces on their content pages, as
an
information tool and lead generation tool.
Challanges
- Minimal integration with internal systems
- Maintaining privacy of users PIIs
- Lead generation chatbot in accordance with the brand image.
- Easy integration with the existing code base of web-portal’s so the involvement with Iow
code integration.
Solution
- Cloud based PWA created with one line integration.
- All PIIs flowing through the system was homoganised (i.e fully masked), and pushed to
their
Lead generation APIs
- Simple flow created where end to end MQLs were generated with over 10 different data
points
required.
- Simple brand based UI set-up option.
Result
Over 30 MQLs generated on a monthly basis.
